Secondary Belt Cleaner SXBMD-PN-TD
- The tungsten carbide blade with higher wear resistance and longer service life has a good scraping effect on high temperature or sticky materials;
- Combined design of the blade makes installation and maintenance easy. Each blade equipped with anautomatic returning device, and superior for its good noise absorption, vibration relief and tensioning. Whenthe conveyor belt uneven surface, such as vulcanization joints, belt buckles and belt repair surface, passesthrough the blades, the blades in contact with will subject to a certain pressure from the conveyor belt unevensurface, ejects and evades slightly to the opposite direction of the conveyor belt to protect the conveyor belt.
- After the conveyor uneven surface passed, the evading blade can get the rebound tension through the
- automatic returning device, make the blade reattached to the conveyor belt surface to continue to work;
- The spring adjusting seat design prevent the whole blade set from damaging by instantaneous impacts,and make it easy to install and adjustment;
- Installed on the working surface of the return conveyor belt at the lower part of the head pulley, suitable for two-way running belt;
- Suitable for the conveyance of all kinds of materials, such as coal, coke, sinter, salt, iron ore and fertilizer,and widely applied in thermal power plants, iron and steel plants, cement plants, fertilizer plants, cokingplants, coal cleaning plants, coal mines, petrochemical plants, mining, paper mills, chemical plants, terminaltransfer stations and other industries.
