Secondary Belt Cleaner SXBMD-N-TD
- The tungsten carbide tip with a higher wear resistance and longer service life has a good scraping effect onhigh temperature or sticky materials;
- The blade arm and tip are connected by bolt, and fixed onto the tube through the rubber block . The hollowbuffer hole of the rubber block has a good cushioning effect;
- Segmented blade mounted on rubber block, ensured that when the belt cleaner meets rigid obstacles suchas belt fasteners during working, the separate blades ensure constant blade to belt contact on unevensurfaces, guaranteeing maximum cleaning effect while reset;
- Installed on the working surface of the return conveyor belt at the lower part of the head pulley, suitable fortwo-way running reversible belt;
- Suitable for the conveyance of all kinds of materials, such as coal, coke, sinter, salt, iron ore and fertilizer,and widely applied in thermal power plants, iron and steel plants, cement plants, fertilizer plants, cokingplants, coal cleaning plants, coal mines, petrochemical plants, mining, paper mills, chemical plants, terminaltransfer stations and other industries.
