Self-Aligning Idlers SXBMD-JP-JX
1. Working Principal The preset type belt automatic self-aligning idlers are composed by vertical roller mechanism, roller mechanism and link mechanism, when the belt running in deviation, the belt edges will push the vertical roller moving towards the deviation direction of the belt , the vertical rod in the vertical roller will move at the same time, the vertical rod will drive the roller mechanism to deflect simultaneously, the linear motion direction of the deflection roller and the belt running direction will form an angle, the resulting lateral friction will drive the belt to move in the middle. 2. Features and advantages (1). The rotating joint design with dry bearing makes the idlers prevent from the invading of water, coal slime, dust and other materials, only need simple installation, no daily maintenance required; (2) No power drive needed, the operating mechanism is low pair linkage with short movement distance, Thus the idlers low wearing and long service life; (3).The rollers used in the idlers is the upper roller of the on-line belt conveyor, the user only need to replace their own rollers in-use once the roller is broken, thus reducing the downtime; (4) The self-aligning idlers have many excellent performances, such as no external power supply needed, sensitive reaction, high rectifying efficiency, easy installation and maintenance, lower labor cost, longer service life, higher cost-benefit, improved production safety, etc.
