Return Conveyor Ploughs SXBMD-V
- The metal-free and low-wearing blade is fully made of polyurethane and its smoothness makes it nodamage to the belt surface;
- The front blade adopted bow arc design, increased the thickness of the bow, enhanced the wear resistance and prolonged the service life of the blade and material contact point. Different from the traditional flat design, it is not easy to jump while the belt is running, won’t cause infolding of the blade due to theonvex belt surface, and can effectively maintain the belt surface scrapping effect;
- Splint design of the blade holder makes the blade easy to be maintained and replaced;
- Installed on the non-working surface of the conveyor return belt;
- Suitable for the conveyance of all kinds of materials, such as coal, coke, sinter, salt, iron ore and fertilizer,widely applied in thermal power plants, iron and steel plants, cement plants, fertilizer plants, cokingplants, coal cleaning plants, coal mines, petrochemical plants, mining, paper mills, chemical plants, terminalansfer stations and other industries.
