Fully automatic carton folder gluer machineis composed of three parts: paper feeding part, glue folding part and correct stacking part. PLC digital display speed regulation, touch screen computer amplitude modulation, simple, fast, reliable and precise control mode. Automatic paper feeding, automatic gluing and folding, automatic counting, automatic stacking output, synchronous double frequency conversion operation before and after。

Feeding unit：

1. Select high-end electromagnetic clutch and electromagnetic brake system, so that the paper feeding section can be operated in single or continuous operation, effectively controlling the waste of cardboard and the accuracy of output cardboard in specification adjustment.
2. Suction the paper into the paper, the paper is not skewed;
3. The height of the rear gauge paper is adjustable, which can adapt to curved cardboard.
Folder gluer unit:
1.The folding part is made of imported high-friction, ultra-wear-resistant special materials
2.The gluing department adopts high-quality stainless steel gluing wheels.
3. Choose high-quality glue pump, durable;
4. Easy adjustment of the origami guide bar, reducing the adjustment time when changing orders;
5. The lower folding arm has good rigidity, so that the cardboard will not shake when passing through.

Strapping unit:

This line is combined mechanical, electrical and pneumatic function together, achieves fully automatic bonding.
