2. Leading edge paper feeding system
1) Suction assisted paper feeding, 7.5kW high-pressure centrifugal fan, which can be adjusted according to the bending degree of paperboard
Variable frequency control of wind pressure to ensure high-speed and accurate transmission of warped paperboard and paperboard.
2) The paper lifting and dropping are driven by air cylinder, with rapid and powerful action.
3) The side baffle is adjusted by electric and computer touch screen (computer set value, automatic adjustment), the front baffle is adjusted manually and synchronously, and the rear baffle box is adjusted by electric.
4) Interlaced paper feeding device, (continuous or interlaced paper feeding can be selected as required)
5) The touch screen is installed to automatically display the production quantity and production speed, and the production quantity can be set.

4. Computer device:

5、 Printing department: (1-4 color printing is optional)
1. Printing roller:
1) Outer diameter: 468mm (including plate outer diameter: 5480mm).

2. Printing press roll:

3) The gap dial of the printing press roller is adjusted manually, and the adjustment range is 0-12mm.
3. Upper and lower paper feeding rollers:
1) Upper roller, outer diameter 599mm, thick wall steel pipe, equipped with two paper feeding wheels (self-locking, no need to tighten screws, easy adjustment).
2) Lower roller, outer diameter 5154.3mm, thick wall steel pipe, surface grinding, hard chromium plating.
3) The gap dial of the paper feeding roller is adjusted manually, and the adjustment range is 0-12mm.
4. Steel anilox roller):
1) The outer diameter is 5215mm (number of lines: 180-250, number of lines optional)
2) The steel pipe surface is ground, pressed with chequer and plated with hard chromium. Do computer dynamic balance correction and run smoothly,

3) The anilox roller is attached with a wedge clutch, which is convenient and fast in ink leveling and washing. Pneumatic anilox roller automatic lifting device and idling device.

6. Rubber roller:
1) Outer diameter 200mm.
2) The steel pipe surface is wrapped with wear-resistant rubber and corrected by computer dynamic balance.
3) The rubber roller has medium and high special grinding, and the ink transfer effect is good. The rubber hardness is 65-70 degrees.
7. Phase adjustment mechanism:
1) Planetary gear construction.
2) Printing phase adjustment PLC computer display adjustment (both operation and stop can be adjusted).
8. Ink supply system
1) Pneumatic diaphragm pump, stable ink supply, convenient and fast operation and maintenance.
2) Ink filter screen to filter impurities.
3) Circulating pneumatic inking
4) Ink shortage alarm device (when the ink amount is lower than the limit, the machine will alarm to avoid ink-free production)
9. Printing phase fixing device:
1) Cylinder brake.
2) When the machine adjusts the phase separately, the brake mechanism restricts the machine operation and maintains the fixed point of the original gear position.
4、 Die cutting part
1. Die roll (lower roll)
1) The outer diameter is 5432mm. (excluding die)
2) Cast steel material, surface grinding, hard chromium plating.

4) The distance between fixed screw holes of knife die is 100 * 100mm.
5) The applicable die height is 25.4mm.
6) The die cutting thickness is 16-18mm (for three-layer plate) and 13-15mm (for five-layer plate).
2. Rubber pad roll (upper roll)
1) The outer wall is 5434.2mm。
2) Cast steel material, surface grinding, hard chromium plating.
3) Computer dynamic balance correction to increase operation stability.
4) Manually adjust the clearance with the die roll.

3. Traverse device:
1) Mechanical transverse 40mm, swimming device, die-cutting uniform weighing instrument, automatic compensation for linear speed, which can make the die-cutting rubber pad wear evenly and prolong the service life.
