The side sealing and cutting machine is suitable for automatic online shrink packaging of the product, the sealing part of the horizontal knife adopts vertical drive, the longitudinal knife adopts the constant temperature side sealing knife, and the automatic feeding or manual feeding mode can be selected, and the film is folded in half and can be sealed on three sides. Technical features: The longitudinal sealing is sustainable, and the length of the packaging product is not limited. Conventional machine packing speed up to 15 m/min (medium speed machine packing speed 25 m/min). Sealing and cutting are controlled by servomotor to ensure accurate positioning and good sealing and cutting lines. The sealing knife has an automatic protection function to effectively prevent mis-cutting of the package. Scope of application: Suitable for biscuits, books, CDs, glass products, paper towels, cards, photo frame aluminum profiles, wood products and other products single packaging or combination packaging, suitable for mass production.

Product Characteristics

1. The film sealing aluminum alloy blade from DuPont is Teflon coated, viscosity and high temperature resistant. The sealing will not have crack, coke, and fume with zero pollution.
2. Equipped with entrance photo-detector for both horizontal and vertical dimension which is easy to switch selection. It can finish the wrapping and sealing process easily for small products.
3. Material automatically-feeding, the length can be auto adjusted by the Sensors and timer. Equipped with induction motor to automatic reeling wasted material.
4. The hand-wheel to adjust the wrapping size when changing the product wrapped, non-necessary to change the molds and bag maker.
5. Products with different sizes can wrapped together to achieve sales promotion.
6. Equipped with internal PID readout temperature controller. The temperature of sealing blade is very sensitive and accurate and adjustable. Nothing to worry about hurting the product itself by imprecise temperature, plus the sealing blade have automatic protection function to avoid cutting the product itself.
7. The film cutting and sealing section is equipped with protection acrylic cover and automatic alarm function. Its very safe for operators.
8. The wrapping machine implement connection with the production flow of unmanned operation.
9. Specially designed film up-down synchronized function to correct the film deviation.
