Multi-purpose Integrated Production Line for 3-layer PE Anti-corrosion & One-step Foaming Jacket Heat Insulation
According to social demands on steel pipe insulation, our company developed a new type of comprehensive line which can be used for single-layer epoxy powder anti-corrosion, PE two-layer anti-corrosion, PE three-layer anti-corrosion, jacket tube coating, one-step foaming jacket anti-corrosion & insulation, cold tape wrapping anti-corrosion and variety of anti-corrosion works. At present, our company has completed the key scientific and technical testing; whose result has successful online application for PE three-layer production line in oil fields in northern China. When need to do anti-corrosion for steel tubes with three-layer PE, powder, tape, etc. by spiral transmission, just adjust conveying angle of the line, you can fulfill spiral transmission for steel tubes, which completed a variety of anti-corrosion winding operations; when need to do anti-corrosion & heat insulation for steel tube foaming jacket, adjust conveying wheel in parallel with production line, then steel tube can be moved straight forward, so as to complete the anti-corrosion & heat-insulation operation for foaming jacket. During work for foaming jacket of steel tube, we can use PE three-layer extruder, and change die head of extruder from T type (sheet shape) into 0 type (round shape), which can pull out cylindrical jacket and produce one-step foaming jacket insulating pipes. Some special equipment for three-layer PE and jacket can be flexible exchanged. Such as: die head, deviation adjusting machine and so on. The line can be produced into pry loading structure, easy to transport in on-site construction. The line has increased tape winding machine, powder coating machine and primer coating machine, which can complete winding operation with tape, epoxy powder, epoxy coal asphalt and so on. The technology can also do rebuilding for original equipment, which complete multi-purpose operation. This line applied to contract manufacturers do various anti-corrosion & heat insulation project for steel tubes with different kinds of steel tube and anti-corrosive materials. The line features:
