Features oftwin/double screw extruder
The twin/double screw extruder is mainly composed of feeding system, extrusionsystem, cutting system, heating system, lubrication system and control system.
The feeding system, main drive system and cutting system are all in VFD (Variable-frequency Drive) which is powerful, stable and energy-saving.
Automatic lubrication and forced cooling device ensure the safe and longer lifetime.
The screw is made of alloy material and processed by special technology, whichis high in strength, wear-resistant and has a longer service life.
According to different products, screw extrusion systems with different structuresand L/D ratios are set to meet process requirements.
