Thewoodplasticextrusionlineundergoesspecialdesignofscrew,barrelandmould,togetherwithdifferentextrusiontechnicalprocess.TheproductionlinecanadopteitherdoublestageextrusionortwostepsextrusionafterPelletizer.Itisenergysavingandroomsavingtoowithhighoutputcapacity.Stableextrusionpressure,pre-heatingontopoftheextrusionmachineandexhaustthewaterfromthechipsmakegoodeffectivenessofmeltingandconcretethefeedingsectioncompletely.Specialdesignedscrewmakescuttingforcesmallandkeepthematerialinthebarrelwitheventime.Thebarreladoptsdualmetallicmaterialwhichboastslonglifeandanti-corrosion.
