PVC lacquer-free board has feature below:
1.lacquer-free board is a composite plate made by PVC boardwith decorative film of wood pattern. The material of the film and the board is the same, which two are mixed and melt into one by three-roll calender hot pack. Therefore, the product PVC board is best ensured smoothness, beauty, non-toxicity; there is no mildew, distortion or cracking. With high durability and deformation easiness, the product can be used as a new type of decoration material.
2.The plate does not release any volatile odour. It is characteristic in fire-retardancy, surface hardness, impact resistance, sound insulation,shockproof, no shrink, no cracking, with good durability and good adaptation to various curve deformation. It is self-extinguishing, washable, wear-resistant, anti-acid, anti-alkali, non-dust-sticky, non-mouldy.
