WPC Foam Board/ furniture board Co-extrusion Line
Multi-layer PVC crust board/Furniture board co-extruding machines consists of high speed mixing group, extruders, machine die, chiller, cooling forming machine, haul-off, auto-cutters, stacker etc. It uses 2 sets of extruders and adopts the co-extruding technology, which can produce two-layer, three-layer PVC crust boards. One extruder is used for extruding the surface boards, another extruder for extruding the foamed core board. Recycled material can be used, which is economical and environmental.
