Oblique Roller Quenching MachineThe machine is obliquely vertical type,Website:, with an angle of 70 degrees to the horizontal plane. The machine adopts four-point positioning with double transverse beams, the two roller wheels of the upper and lower transverse beams are driving wheels and it can adopt supporting or hanging type support positioning workpieces to meet the needs of the adjustment of slewing bearing clamp with different diameters and structures.This machine is suitable for ring parts roller continuous scanning quenching, which can satisfy ball roller and 3-row roller quenching. During quenching, the function that one induction is preheating while the other is heating can be achieved. The transformer’s moving around and work-piece rotary are all driven by SIMENS servo motor. The equipment has the function of automatic alignment by inductor, and in the process of workpiece quenching, the system compensates automatically all the time, to ensure the space between inductor and work-piece identical. Both the inductor and sprayer adopt hydraulic and electric quick coupler, which is convenient for replacement and adjustment. All device processing parameters can be input through special parameters screen, and can store a plurality of processes.
