Liquid Sliding Penetration Comprehensive Performance Tester
Main uses:
The liquid penetration tester is suitable for measuring the penetration performance of diapers, including the amount of slippage, back permeation and leakage. It can also measure the liquid penetration performance of sanitary nonwoven fabrics and the liquid penetration efficiency. Its technical principle is: a certain amount of liquid is poured on the surface of the sample to measure its penetration and permeation performance.
Instrument features:
1. A funnel with a solenoid valve is used to control the liquid penetration test, and a funnel with a valve is used to perform the diaper penetration test to simulate the daily use of diapers;
2. A special mechanical mechanism is used to make the sample rack convenient for multiple tests, and the angle of the sample rack is easy to control, which is very easy to meet the test requirements and ensure the reproducibility of the test;
3. The control system with sensors ensures real-time capture of the liquid data that is passed through;
4. The designed data processing software can timely transmit the data to the computer for data analysis and generate curves, which is convenient for technicians to perform various data analyses in order to improve the performance of the product;
5. The automatic control system makes the entire test process simple and convenient.
