Purpose:Take all-round photography of rods and wires, bar steel, square steel, rebar, etc. in a red-hot state, generate complete surface images, analyze and classify identified defects, and provide intuitive visual feedback on the surface quality of rolled products. Establish a connection based on the collected defect samples and manually labeled fault causes, thereby effectively guiding process adjustments and greatly reducing the generation of waste products.

Challenges of Measuring Deformed Rebars
Unlike smooth round bars, deformed reinforcing bars feature ribs and complex surface geometries that make accurate measurement significantly more difficult.
Traditional diameter gauges often measure only the outer rib peaks, which results in inaccurate base diameter readings and inconsistent quality data.
