Main Uses
The catheter flexibility tester is mainly used to evaluate the flexibility and durability of catheters or guidewires during bending or twisting processes. This equipment is widely applied in medical, industrial and other fields to ensure the safety and reliability of catheters during use.

Technical Parameters
Testing Range: Force Range: Usually 0 - 10 kilograms or more, specifically depending on the model and specifications of the tester.
Testing Stroke: The strokes in the vertical and horizontal directions may vary. For example, the vertical stroke could be 0 - 300mm, and the horizontal stroke could be 0 - 700mm, etc.
Testing Speed: Press - down Speed: Usually adjustable within the range of 0 - 300mm/min.
Wire - drawing Speed: Some testers may have a wire - drawing function, with a speed of 0 - 500mm/min or faster.
Catheter Clamping Method: Usually, pneumatic clamping or mechanical clamping methods are adopted to ensure the stability and accuracy of the catheter during the testing process.
Control System: Usually, a PLC control system is adopted, featuring high precision and stability. The operation interface may be equipped with a color touch screen, which is convenient for users to make settings and operations.
