KRD30-10 Constant Acceleration Tester (Box Type)
KRD30 series box-type constant acceleration testing machine is used to determine that electronic components, small components and other electrical and electronic products are subjected to the force generated by the steady-state acceleration (constant acceleration) environment, such as running vehicles, aerial vehicles, rotating machinery and projectile, whether the structural adaptability and performance are good, and to assess the structural integrity of some components.
l Box-type structure, eliminating the need for security and installation foundation.
l Advanced control system: Full-automatic computer remote real-time control interface. The operator only needs to input simple values to start the equipment and complete the acceleration test accurately.
l User-friendly display interface: the control interface can display the test curve, tolerance and test time in real time.
l Powerful multi-acceleration continuous test system: It can realize multi-level acceleration continuous test according to the different requirements of the test sample.
l Reliable protection measures: open circuit, over-limit and over-speed protection can be realized.
l Multiple control methods: In the case of automatic control failure or no need of automatic control, the device can still use manual control to complete the test.
l The dual-mode operation of computer control and manual control is convenient, and the test results can be stored and printed.
l The software can realize single-stage and multi-stage (1-10 points continuous crossover) acceleration test control at one time.
