Fabric Fiber Shedding Degree Tester (Friction Method)/GB/T 40270 - 2021
Instrument Testing Principle
Lay the specimen flat and fix it on the holder. Make the wet abrasive attached to the friction head perform reciprocating friction movements on the specimen under the specified load for a specified number of times with a certain stroke. Then compare it with the standard sample and visually rate the degree of fibers adhered to the abrasive to characterize the degree of fiber shedding of the specimen. It is suitable for factories, scientific research institutes, colleges and universities, import and export commodity inspection, textile testing in various provinces and cities.
Features of the Instrument
Touch screen controller: The number of frictions can be set arbitrarily.
Backup mechanical buttons for buttons in the touch screen: They can be used simultaneously, which is convenient and fast.
Pneumatic holder for specimen installation: Convenient and fast.
Equipped with a calender for adjusting the moisture content of the abrasive: The roll-off rate can be adjusted.
