Protective Clothing Thermal Insulation/Conductivity Measuring Apparatus

The protective clothing thermal conductivity tester is a professional equipment specially used to detect the heat transfer characteristics of protective clothing.
Structural composition
Thermal environment control module:
can accurately set and maintain the temperature of the high temperature side, simulate human fever or external high temperature environment, and usually can adjust the temperature range to a wide range, such as 30℃ - 60℃.
Cold environment control module:
used to maintain a constant temperature on the low temperature side, forming a temperature difference with the hot environment. Common temperature control methods include water cooling or air cooling to ensure temperature stability.
Sample clamping system:
can flatly and tightly fix the protective clothing sample to ensure uniform and stable heat conduction process, avoiding heat leakage or uneven transfer.
Data acquisition and analysis system:
real-time collection of temperature, heat flow and other data, and analysis and processing, intuitively presenting thermal conductivity performance indicators in the form of charts or numerical values, convenient for researchers or testers to evaluate.
Application significance:
In the medical field, it helps develop and screen more comfortable medical protective clothing to prevent heat accumulation and discomfort caused by long-term wearing for medical staff, and reduce the risk of heat stroke; in the industrial and fire protection fields, it can evaluate the thermal insulation effect of high-temperature protective clothing to ensure the safety of workers in high-temperature environments and prevent heat injuries.
