Binder for Metallurgical Waste and Pelletizing
Jianjie® binder for air-dried briquette of dedusting ash in steel plant is a mixture of multiple environment-friendly high polymer materials. It features high binding strength, high forming rate, high dry strength, air drying, pulverization resistance, and cost reduction. It is specially used for iron-containing steel plant waste in which the calcium oxide is undigested, incompletely or completely digested, e.g. dedusting ash, sludge, mill scale, slag and return fines of sinter. There is no need to apply new technology and equipment for drying, and it doesn’t need to take up too much space and time. The process is simple, the investment in equipment is small, and the production cost is low. And no harmful substances that reduce the iron grade are introduced, so that the briquettes have sufficient strength to return to the furnace for steelmaking and ironmaking.
