High-precision titanium carbide hard guide wheel
This type of guide wheel can be customized with groove shapes—such as V-shaped, U-shaped, or semi-circular—based on the specifications of the wire or pipe, thereby meeting diverse production requirements. After surface polishing, its roughness can reach as low as Ra 0.01 μm, significantly reducing friction-induced damage to the wire and increasing the breaking strength of the metal wire by 10%. In the manufacturing of automotive brake cables, the stable guidance provided by these guide wheels ensures uniform tension and minimizes the risk of cable breakage during operation. This guide wheel exhibits exceptional corrosion resistance, remaining rust-free for more than five years in humid environments containing chloride ions (e.g., coastal factories), whereas traditional steel guide wheels typically corrode within three months. Its dense internal structure, with a porosity of less than 0.1%, effectively prevents coolant infiltration and subsequent internal cracking. During the copper tube drawing process, the friction coefficient between the guide wheel and the copper tube is as low as 0.08, which reduces surface scratches and improves the product pass rate from 85% to 99%.
