Wear-resistant titanium carbide hard alloy guide wheel
This type of guide wheel has extremely strong corrosion resistance. It can be used for more than five years without rusting in a humid environment containing chloride ions (such as a factory by the sea), while traditional steel guide wheels can only be used for three months. Its internal structure is dense, with a porosity of less than 0.1%, which can effectively prevent coolant from seeping into the interior and causing cracking. During the copper tube drawing process, the friction coefficient between the guide wheel and the copper tube is as low as 0.08, which can reduce surface scratches on the copper tube and increase the finished product qualification rate from 85% to 99%. This type of guide wheel can be customized with groove shapes according to the specifications of the wire or pipe, such as V-shaped, U-shaped, semi-circular, etc., to meet different production requirements. After its surface is polished, the roughness is as low as Ra0.01μm, which can reduce the friction damage of the wire and increase the breaking strength of the metal wire by 10%. In the production of automotive brake cables, the stable guidance of the guide wheels can ensure the uniform tension of the brake cables and avoid the risk of breakage during use.
