The guide wheels are available in a wide range of dimensions, with diameters spanning 50 mm to 500 mm and widths ranging from 10 mm to 100 mm, enabling compatibility with various drawing and rolling equipment configurations. In optical fiber and cable production, these guide wheels ensure precise fiber alignment, maintaining signal attenuation at less than 0.2 dB/km and thereby guaranteeing high-quality communication performance. The mounting bore of the guide wheel is manufactured to high precision, with shaft fit clearance controlled within 0.005–0.01 mm, minimizing rotational vibration and enhancing guiding accuracy. Maintenance requirements are minimal, as the guide wheels do not require frequent lubrication—routine cleaning of surface contaminants is sufficient—making them ideal for continuous operation in automated production environments. In metal wire mesh manufacturing, the guide wheels contribute to consistent mesh aperture uniformity, keeping dimensional deviations within ±5%, thus meeting stringent specifications for filtration materials.
