When the wire is suddenly tensioned or broken, they are not prone to cracking or deformation, reducing the risk of equipment shutdown. It has excellent thermal conductivity and can quickly dissipate the heat generated by friction, keeping the working temperature of the guide wheel within 80℃ and preventing the wire from annealing due to overheating. In the production of spring steel wire, the use of this guide wheel can keep the straightness error of the steel wire within 0.5mm/m, thereby enhancing the fatigue life of the spring.
