Its hardness is as high as HRC85 or above, and its wear resistance is far more than that of ordinary steel, even in the high temperature environment of 500℃ or above, it can still maintain stable performance. This round bar dimensional accuracy is extremely high, diameter tolerance can be controlled in ± 0.01mm, surface roughness as low as Ra0.02μm, very suitable for making precision cutting tools, mold cores and so on. In the processing of stainless steel, titanium alloys and other difficult-to-cut materials, the life of tools made of it is 10-20 times that of high-speed steel tools, which can significantly improve productivity.
