Large-diameter titanium carbide hard alloy guide wheels

The guide wheel features precisely machined installation holes, with a fit clearance between the shaft and hub controlled within the range of 0.005–0.01 mm. This ensures smooth rotation without vibration, thereby enhancing guiding accuracy. The guide wheel also offers low maintenance costs and does not require frequent lubrication; regular cleaning of surface contaminants is sufficient, making it ideal for continuous operation in automated production lines. In wire mesh manufacturing, the guide wheel ensures uniform mesh hole size, maintaining dimensional errors within 5%, which meets the stringent requirements of filter material specifications.


This type of guide wheel exhibits excellent corrosion resistance. It can remain free from rust for more than five years in humid environments containing chloride ions (e.g., factories located near coastal areas), whereas conventional steel guide wheels typically last only three months under similar conditions. The guide wheel has a dense internal structure with a porosity of less than 0.1%, effectively preventing coolant infiltration and subsequent internal cracking.

During the copper tube drawing process, the friction coefficient between the guide wheel and the copper tube is as low as 0.08. This significantly reduces surface scratches on the copper tube and increases the product pass rate from 85% to 99%.
