Steel wire mesh for tunnel support
Tunnel reinforcing mesh name reinforcement mesh, reinforced mesh, welded fabric, welded steel wire mesh.
consist of longitudinal and transverse bars welded to be a 90°reinforcing mesh panel.
After Anchor bolt fitted in the tunnel, then tranport the required reinforcing mesh to the tunnel to install it.It need to be welded firmly anchor bolt and reinforcing mesh sheet at the intersection by welding machine and welded the joint of the each reinforcing mesh sheet together, so that the whole tunnel reinforcing mesh sheet has more mechanism and integrity.
According to the international <highway tunnel design>JTG70-2004 ruled, ribbed steel mesh be used during shotcrete, which is beneficial to improve the shearing strength and bening strength of shotcrete, increase cement's punching resistance, resistance to bending fatigue, raise intergirty of shotcrete, reduce the shrinkage of shotcrete and prevent falling blocks. The is always rectangle sheets,and mesh spacing is from 150mm to 300mm. We always adjust 150mm x 150mm, 200mm x 200mm, 200mm x 250mm, 250mm x 300mm, 300mm x 300mm as mesh spacing. The connect length of steel wire mesh is not less than 30d( d is wire diameter of steel wire mesh).
The shotcrete protection layer thickness of steel wire mesh is not less than 20mm. When use double layers steel wire mesh, the distance of double layers steel wire mesh is not less than 60mm.
