The burner used in the equipment adopts the self-developed catalytic combustion fully premixed closed combustion technology. The combustion mode is full premixed flameless low nitrogen combustion, which has the characteristics of high burnout rate (>99.9%), low nitrogen oxide emissions (<30mg/m²)

(1) One-piece molding process, more efficient operation
The equipment is made of imported special superconducting alloy technology. Its internal design allows the flue gas to flow in a disturbed manner, which is cooled during the flow, causing the water vapor in the flue gas to condense and release latent heat, making the equipment thermal efficiency up to 105.06%, saving about 15%-30% energy compared to traditional hot water equipment, and the operating efficiency is even better;
(2) Intelligent anti-smoke cross-linking, more durable equipment
Equipped with a unique anti-smoke cross-linking device, it can effectively block the smoke cross-linking problem. This design can prevent the core components such as the fan valve from being corroded by the flue gas, thereby significantly extending the service life of these key components and making the equipment more durable. The equipment is more durable;
(3) Ultra-fine air catalytic filtration, more complete combustion
The condensing water heateruses an 800-mesh ultra-fine air catalytic filter to deeply optimize and improve the quality of the equipment's fresh air, provide better air conditions for the combustion process, and make the equipment fuel burn more fully;
(4) Independently developed smoke box structure, higher combustion quality
The condensing water heater adopts an independently developed smoke box structure, which can effectively reduce the corrosion of condensed water on the fan valve, while guiding the fresh air intake, effectively reducing operating noise, enhancing the premixing effect, and improving combustion stability and quality;
(5) Built-in sewage treatment to ensure system thermal efficiency
The condensing water heater has a unique sewage treatment device with a unique and practical design. It is convenient to discharge welding slag, dirt, etc. caused by the equipment's primary system construction, and continuously ensure the system's thermal efficiency and stable operation by reducing the impact of pollutants on the system.
