When to use aluminium tube?
Aluminum tube benefits a wide variety of industries. Outdoor recreation manufacturers use tubing to construct materials like camp chair frames and outdoor tables. In the medical industry, aluminium profile tube appears in wheelchair frames, bed frames, and crutches. The 6061 aluminum square tube is also easy to anodize, and its characteristics make it very suitable for heat treatment. It is also the cheapest aluminum alloy tube.
Manufacturers also use aluminum square tube alloy 6063 because of its very smooth surface finish. Because its strength is only about half that of aluminum alloy 6061, aluminum alloy 6063 often appears in applications that value beauty rather than strength. This material still has many of the same anodizing capabilities as aluminum alloy 6061.
