Graphite cell
Our factory provides graphite electrolyzers, which are used to smelt metal. It is mainly developed to solve the problem that the upper and inner sides of the metal graphite electrolyzer directly contact with air when smelting rare earth metals, and it is easy to oxidize and burn at high temperature. The protective cover made of high temperature resistant metal is installed on the inner side of the upper opening of the rare earth metal graphite electrolytic cell. The upper edge of the protective cover is rolled outward to cover the upper opening of the graphite electrolytic cell. The height of the metal protective cover is about 1 / 3 of the depth of the graphite electrolytic cell. The utility model has the advantages that the inner side of the upper port of the graphite reduction cell is isolated from the air, so that it will not be oxidized and burned under high temperature conditions, and the service life can be prolonged by 3-4 times.
