Still some smaller NdFeB cylinder/cylindrical magnets are made from semi-products of block neodymium magnets. Cut the bigger semi-products of block neodymium magnets into many smaller near size block magnets, then grind the smaller magnet blocks into the round. Just because of the round shape, it also called as round neodymium magnets.
