Neodymium Channel Magnets With Countersunk Hole
Neodymium channel magnets have at least one countersunk hole, which is used to accept M3 standard countersunk head screws, nuts and bolts. The long screw-on neodymium channel magnet has one M3 countersunk hole at both ends.
Neodymium channel magnets are assembled from N35 neodymium magnets, which are stronger than ceramic channel magnets or plain rectangular neodymium blocks, and are recognized as the strongest channel mounting magnets.
In order to prevent corrosion and oxidation to the greatest extent, the surface of neodymium channel pot magnets are electroplated with Ni-Cu-Ni (nickel + copper + nickel), and its appearance is bright.
The standard countersunk neodymium channel pot magnet is 13.5mm wide, 5mm thick, and 15, 20, 30,40,50,60,80,100 and 120mm long.
Features Of Neodymium Screw-on Channel Magnets
Principle: strong neodymium countersunk magnet is embedded in U-shaped steel with empty space. The magnetic line of the magnet forms a circuit under the action of the steel groove, and the magnetic force is strengthened.
Magnetic force: the adhesion force shown is the pulling force perpendicular to the surface of the magnet. Moving the magnet sideways requires less force.
Rust: neodymium screw on channel pot magnets are not 100% rust proof, so they are suggested to be used in dry rooms
