Ceramic Foundry Sand with the high quality bauxite as the raw material, blowing into the ball after remelting smelting, is a new type of steel casting foundry sand.It’s characteristic as high temperature resistant,small amount of thermal expansion, easy collapse, good renewable performance,good casting properties, received the recognition from the cast made experts domestic and overseas. Widely used in all kinds of casting method,sand casting, special casting( casting, solid type, evaporative pattern casting, ladle flow guiding sand and so on ).Also used for shot peening, low expansion of high-temperature coated sand producing. 200mesh-270mesh used for evanescent mode coating producing. Adding 10-35% can effectively increase the air permeability, and suitable for using all kinds of casting binder.It has been used by numerous domestic and international cast iron and nonferrous metal casting production factories.
