Hard alloy titanium carbide round rods can be customized into products with different properties by adjusting the titanium carbide content (usually 70%-90%) and the proportion of binder. When the titanium carbide content is relatively high, it has stronger wear resistance and is suitable for rough processing scenarios. An increase in the proportion of the binder enhances the toughness and makes it more suitable for fine processing. Its density is only 6.5g/cm³, which is 20% lighter than tungsten carbide rods of the same size, making it suitable for making lightweight tools. In the 3C electronics industry, it is often used to process precision parts such as mobile frames and laptop shells, ensuring that the product surface is free of scratches and has small dimensional errors. As a key material in the high-end manufacturing field, hard alloy titanium carbide round rods have excellent corrosion resistance and are not prone to rust or deterioration when used in damp, acidic or alkaline environments. Its thermal conductivity is 15% higher than that of traditional tungsten carbide round rods, which can quickly dissipate the heat generated during the cutting process and reduce the risk of tool wear due to overheating. The bending strength of the round bar can reach 2500MPa, featuring both high hardness and certain toughness, thus avoiding the problem of breakage due to impact during use.
