Stainless steel Cathode plate

(2) high current efficiency, up to 96 ~ 99%, higher than the current process current efficiency (95 ~ 96%);
(3) the tank voltage is low, 0.24 ~ 0.30V;
(4) stainless steel cathode plate cathode plate in the actual electrolyte has excellent corrosion resistance, cathode plate service life of 15 years (accelerated experimental conversion).
(5) stainless steel cathode plate flatness: conductive beam ≤ 3 mm, the upper part of the board ≤ ± 3 mm, plate middle and lower ≤ ± 3.5 mm; vertical plate ≤ ± 4.5 mm.
(6) stainless steel cathode plate surface finish: 2B; stainless steel cathode plate material: 316L or dual-phase steel.
(7) stainless steel cathode plate bottom V-groove, angle of 90 degrees.
