Description of PEX/Al/PEX Aluminum Composite Pipe Extrusion Line:PEX/AL/PEX Aluminum composite pipe extrusion line is used to produce aluminum-plastic compound pipe material. The aluminum pipe adopts ultrasonic welding and common-extruding one step shaped. This pipe is widely used for conveying gas and liquid, such as cold and hot tap water, all kinds of acid and alkali salt solutions,gas, oxygen and compressed air etc.It is suitable for hot water supplying underground. It has good insulation properties and corrosion resistance. It has small resistance to fluid material due to the smooth inner wall and easy installation due to bending free. The PEX/AL/PEX aluminum composite pipe extrusion line designed and developed by Qingdao HUASU machinery fabricate co., ltd has unique design, stable performance and continuously producing many specifications aluminum composite pipes with high speed.
This pipe line includes single screw extruder, co-extrusion die; vacuum calibrating water tank, water spraying tank, haul-off machine, welding machine, welding platform, cutting machine, double station winder and control system.
Totally 4 extruders equip on the extrusion line. High Speed inner pipe Extruders also for one layer pipe extrusion.All electric parts from worldwide well-known brands, like Siemens, Schneider, Omron, etc.
Control system: Controlled by SIEMENS computer, with chromatic liquid crystal screen. All the parameters can be defined on the screen, such as the rotation speed, temperature.
Welding Machine: Butt-welding system takes Germany product.
Aluminum forming system: Patent Aluminum pipe forming system and welding sleeves.
Consumble parts: Low cost production running for consumble parts.
Haul-off : synchronization for three haul-off machine.
Winding machine: Torque control and linear reel winding machine, serve motor control.
Auxilary Machine: Laser diameter survielence. Jet Printer. Welding effect inspection system Aluminum accumulator.
Welding Platform: The double station storage rack continuously transports the aluminum band to the aluminum band welding machine with high speed.
Double Station Winder: The automatic aligning device ensures the proper coiling position and saves time.
Control System: It is SIEMENS PLC control system and human-machine interface.
