The multi-workstation electrostatic Perforating machine not only upgrades the speed of a single station, but also solves the problem that a single station cannot perform electrostatic Perforating on hot stamping paper. Due to the presence of aluminum foil hot stamping wire, currently hot stamping and tipping paper cannot use electrostatic Perforating method (gold wire conduction) and can only use laser Perforating, which limits the Perforating process of tipping paper. Multiple workstations adopt changing the production sequence of the process, advancing the Perforating to before the hot stamping wire, and then hot stamping and cutting after Perforating.

Advantages of electrostatic Perforating：

Multi station electrostatic Perforating has advantages that cannot be replaced by laser Perforating: Electrostatic Perforating forms a hole strip on the tipping paper, which is one order of magnitude smaller than the single large hole formed by laser Perforating, as shown in the following figure:

So electrostatic perforating: 1. It can accurately perforateholes without damaging the overall aesthetics of the tipping paper, avoiding surface damage or irregular hole shapes that may be caused by laser perforating, and improving the appearance quality of the product. 2. Reduce the generation of harmful substances: Laser perforating may cause harmful gases and particles to be generated around the focal point of the tipping paper, while electrostatic perforating avoids these problems and further reduces health risks during the production process. 3. Electrostatic perforating achieves high breathability with larger holes while avoiding the risk of glue leakage in the next cigarette process caused by excessive hole size during laser perforating. 4. Compared with laser perforating, electrostatic perforating has a more stable coefficient of variation in the air permeability of adhesive paper, regardless of whether it has low or high air permeability. Due to the stable and controllable discharge voltage, electrostatic perforating has a more stable coefficient of variation in the air permeability of tippingpaper. 5. Under the same air permeability, the power of the electrostatic perforating machine is about 1/10 of that of the laser perforating machine (CO2 laser photoelectric conversion efficiency is about 10%).
