Extruder: New mixing screw extruder and grooved barrel make good plasticization, high speed production and stable performance.
Extrusion Die: Material is 40Cr and we adopt advanced flange die technology which assure plasticization effect in low melt temperature, good cooling effect and smooth pipe appearance.
Vacuum Calibrating Tank: The body is good quality stainless steel board. Special water circulation cooling system, equipped with bronze calibrating sleeve ensure high pipe calibrate speed and efficient cooling effect.
Steel Winding Machine: Enhancement Layer Winding Machine adopts Multi-unit and multi-layer synchronization winding. It can adjust the linkage or independent. Company-specific sub-tow wire and tensioning system, Ensure the uniformity fronted, but also convenient and safe replacement of wire spindles.

Control System: We can offer Siemens PLC controlling system which is intelligent controlling system.
