PE Carbon Spiral Reinforced Pipe Production Line
PE carbon spiral reinforcing pipe production line is equipped with the dedicated separator mixing screw and spiral structure die with reasonable runner and smooth inside and outside wall of pipes.
The specific design for sizing and cooling mode is capable of producing pipe scope 50-20mm, at a production speed of up to 0.6-1.5m/min. All kind of polyolefin material, multi-layers spiral reinforcing pipes can be co-extruded for various uses, and 80% of recycle material can be used in production
The product has been widely used in ground covering project of city street lamp lines, laying and ground covering of electrified railway power and communication cables, construction and reconstruction of highway power and communication installations, cable ground covering projects of residential area construction and park and large entertainment places etc. It is the optimal ground covering cable protection pipe.
