Steel Pipe External Wall Shot Blasting Machine
The steel tube outer wall shot blasting machine is suitable for the surface treatment and strengthening of steel tubes and cylinders. The workpiece rotates and walks automatically on the conveying roller table. The running speed of the workpiece can be adjusted timely according to the requirements of its surface quality.
The equipment consists of: main and auxiliary cleaning room, shot blasting device, workpiece roller conveying system, longitudinal spiral conveyor, elevator, separator, shot conveying system, dust removal system, platform, electrical control system.
The cleaning room of this machine is composed of main and secondary cleaning rooms.
They are of large volume cavity structure, the upper part of the chamber body is box-shaped, the lower part is conical, and the cleaning operation is carried out in a sealed volume cavity.
It is composed of front and rear auxiliary Chambers and main Chambers, rubber seal door curtain, shot blasting chamber, guard plate, shot blasting device, etc.
