What is Hydrophilic Aluminum Foil?
Hydrophilic aluminum foil is aluminum foil coated with a hydrophilic layer. Through a special treatment process, a hydrophilic film is applied to the surface, allowing condensed water to spread quickly rather than forming water droplets. This increases the heat exchange area, accelerates cooling and heating, and effectively prevents water droplets from obstructing airflow, which can cause noise.
The water droplet contact angle on the surface of ordinary aluminum foil is above 70 degrees, while on hydrophilic aluminum foil, it is below 35 degrees.
