8011 H24 Aluminum Foil Jumbo Rolls for Food Container Materials
8011 H24 aluminum foil jumbo rolls are widely used as raw materials for manufacturing food aluminum foil containers, disposable meal boxes, airline meal trays, baking trays, barbecue pans, takeaway packaging boxes, and other food packaging containers.
Made from 8011 aluminum alloy, the material is processed through melting and casting, hot rolling, cold rolling, annealing, finishing, and slitting. It features uniform thickness, stable flatness, excellent stamping performance, a clean surface, and good corrosion resistance.
H24 temper is a medium-hard condition obtained through strain hardening followed by partial annealing. It maintains relatively high strength while providing good forming stability, making it an ideal temper for stamped food containers.
In addition to H24, 8011 aluminum foil is also available in O, H14, H16, H18, H19, H22, H26, and other tempers to meet the requirements of different processing methods and application scenarios.

8011 H24 aluminum foil is widely used to produce takeaway meal boxes, fast-food containers, food packing boxes, meal trays, and central kitchen food containers. Finished containers are lightweight, hygienic, heat-resistant, and suitable for bulk stacking and transportation.
2. Airline Meal Trays and Premium Catering Containers
Airline catering, railway catering, and hotel meal services have high requirements for container dimensional stability, hygiene, stackability, and appearance. With good rigidity and processing stability, 8011 H24 aluminum foil is suitable for manufacturing airline meal trays and food trays in various sizes.
3. Baking Trays, Egg Tart Cups, and Dessert Cups
Aluminum foil offers excellent heat resistance and can be used for packaging and shaping cakes, egg tarts, puddings, desserts, pies, and other baked foods. Baking containers made from 8011 H24 aluminum foil feature clear forming details, strong edges, and easy demolding.
4. Barbecue Trays, Hot Pot Trays, and Household Kitchen Containers
Aluminum foil containers are widely used for grilling, roasting, steaming, heating, and food warming applications. 8011 H24 aluminum foil can be processed into round trays, square trays, rectangular trays, drip pans, and hot pot ingredient trays, making it convenient for restaurants, supermarkets, and household kitchens.

6. Pet Food and Food Packaging Trays
8011 H24 aluminum foil can also be used for wet pet food containers, food portion trays, sauce cups, seasoning trays, and certain supporting packaging applications for canned foods. The appropriate thickness and surface treatment should be selected according to the characteristics of the packaged contents.

6. Suitable for High-Speed Automatic Stamping Lines
We offer jumbo rolls weighing500 kg–1800 kg per roll, featuring large outer diameters and very few joints, with joint-free rolls or joint markings available as required. These rolls are well suited for pneumatic high-speed presses operating at60–120 strokes per minute, effectively reducing downtime caused by roll changes and significantly improving production output.
