- 容尘量高，透气性能好，压损低。滤材：不织布滤棉采用聚脂Polyester、聚胺PolyAmide、尼龙及PP化学合成纤维，依纤维线径及粗细和密度不同，以非织物方式，多向性，逐层递增式扎针制成。
产品特性：
◎ 由高性能抗断裂的无矽合成纤维组成；
◎ 利用逐级加密多层技术，结构紧凑，在承受风压时，毛细纤维不易脱落；
◎不含化学粘剂，纤维采用内外熔点高低不同，遇火不易延燃，符合防火分类标准欧洲DIN53438,F1及美国UL900,class2；
◎ 耐湿度强，可达到100%相对湿度的耐湿性；
◎ 耐高温达120℃；
◎ 成卷或可切片供应。
◎ 滤料：密度逐级加高的合成纤维，迎风面为蓝色或者白色可选，可用高压水枪清洗2-3次

◎ 特适用於喷漆系统、喷漆车间预过滤或前道过滤；
◎ 可根据客户需求加工成初效板式或者初效袋式过滤网，用于中效过滤器的前置滤网；
