NAB pneumatic brake (through shaft friction type, perfectly compatible with tire cutting / pressing and winding unwinding)
✅ Working principle
Structure: piston, friction plate, reset spring, heat dissipation flange, tensioning sleeve (T-shaped) / key groove (S-shaped)
Ventilation braking: Compressed air enters the cylinder, pushing the piston axially, compressing the reset spring, pressing the friction plate against the rotating brake disc, relying on friction to generate braking torque; the higher the air pressure, the greater the braking torque, linearly adjustable intelligent signal
Air cut release: Cut off the air source, the reset spring pushes the piston back to its original position, the friction plate separates, the shaft rotates freely
Core features: Ventilation braking, air cut release, suitable for continuous slip tension control (not power-off braking), tire cord fabric, rubber unwinding is in this condition
