Whenusingpigmentsofpowder,getalittlewater,puttheexactamountofpigmentintothewateraccordingtotherequiredamount,andstirthepigmentintopaste,andfinallyaddrequiredamountofwaterintothepaste.Keepstirringtillthepasteturnsintoanidealliquid.Asforoildissolublepigment,youcanheatthecreamorliquid-products(about30-40degreescentigrade),andthenaddthepigmentandstirfullytillitcanbeused.
