Advanced Warping Service
In 2011, Highsun started to introduce Karl Mayer spandex warping machine in bulk and set up a warp knitting department. Customers can directly purchase high-quality warp knitting heads from Highsun. The service has benefited the warp knitting factory and boosted company business growth.
At present, Highsun owns 20 Sets of Karl Mayer DSE-HH warping machines, with the number of warping denier of spandex ranging from 18 to 640 denier and the number of warping from 30 to 1090.
In addition, At the end of 2017, Highsun ordered the DS 50/32DNC filament warping machine from Karl Mayer, which is an advanced equipment capable of warping the warping head of super large size. In the future, Highsun will continue to cooperate with Karl Mayer.
