This series of products have excellent weather resistance, termite resistance, environmental stress crack resistance and extrusion processability. The high-density polyethylene sheath material is based on polyethylene resin with high molecular weight, low melt index and good environmental stress cracking resistance, and is added with special additives such as carbon black. Granules are processed.
Cable Sheath Granules are small particles of plastic material that are used to make the outer protective covering, or sheath, of electrical cables. The granules are typically made of durable and insulating plastic such as polyethylene, PVC, or rubber. They are melted down and extruded through a die to create a continuous length of cable sheath material, which is then cooled and cut into the desired length.
