Yuking Crospovidone XL/XL-10 is a crosslinked polyvinylpyrrolidone, also known as Crospovidone or PVPP, for pharmaceutical tablet and granule formulations.
Crospovidone is a water-insoluble polymer with a highly crosslinked network structure. When it comes into contact with water, it absorbs liquid and swells rapidly, helping the tablet matrix break apart without forming a high-viscosity gel.
This makes Crospovidone XL/XL-10 suitable for formulations where rapid tablet disintegration, efficient liquid penetration and reliable solid-dose performance are required.
