Helmet impact testing machine
Purpose:
This testing machine is used to test the penetration and collision resistance of motorcycle helmet, and it is a special testing equipment for motorcycle helmet. It is the *** testing equipment of manufacturers, testing institutions, supervision departments, colleges and universities, scientific research institutions and arbitration institutions.
Characteristic:
This tester fully meets the requirements of GB811-1998, GA295-2001 and GA296-2001 standards, and can realize the impact and wear-resistant testing of helmet. The design is scientific, the structure is reasonable, the operation is simple, the speed is accurate. Using high precision acceleration and displacement sensors, the vibration gauge can directly display the peak acceleration and action time. With vibration analysis software, A/D conversion hardware and computer to ensure the accuracy and reliability of measurement and guide the design and development personnel to apply in production practice.
Structure:
The test machine consists of falling bench, analog head, fixed frame, lifting mechanism, anvil and anvil, electronic control instrument, PLC control system, vibrometer, vibration analysis software and hardware, and original brand computer.
