Isomalto- Oligosaccharide (IMO90)
Isomaltologosaccharide(IMO) is also known as functional and low caloric saccharide. Due to its good and pure taste, it can reduce the products' sweetness and improve their tastiness when sued in drinks and foods. It can also be used with highly sweet agents such as aspartame to replace sugar so as to enhance the sweetness of the food. IMO is a sugarless, low calorie and high fibre food.
